Baby Lila was such a wonderful newborn to photograph.  Her parents maternity session was one of my favorites to date and baby Lila was just as good of a model as her parents!  After a little while she was sweet and sleepy and oh-so-PRECIOUS! Her pictures just make me smile, she is just adorable! Congratulations on your sweet bundle of joy and thank you for choosing F Parker Photography!

Awwww! Summer! My favorite season! It always brings me warm childhood memories and makes me want to get out there and capture the beautiful scenery all around us.  On quiet afternoons, I load up my equipment and go on photo walks. Sometimes I go alone, sometimes I invite a friend but most often, I take my sweet little girls with me.

We breath the fresh air, watch the grass change from grey to green and admire all the beautiful light surrounding us. Sometimes we even encounter (and I am not joking here) a snake or two on the way. But that has never stopped us from enjoying our photo walks.  And since I spend so much time capturing other families, it is my special time to capture my own and make sure our memories are cherished forever.

This family is so sweet and gorgeous, they have truly captured my heart!  I first meet Nicolas when he was just a tinny newborn baby and I loved taking his first pictures.   As you can imagine, I was very happy when his family contacted me to photograph his Baptism.  Nicolas is one happy little guy, truly loved by his mom, dad and big sister.  No wonder he is so full of smiles!  It was wondeful to see Nicolas again and to share this beautiful milestone in Nicolas’ life with his loving family.  Congratulations on Nicolas’ Baptism and thank you for choosing F Parker Photography.

F Parker Photography is excited to announce a partnership with the Think Pink Photography network. Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer. They are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause. 

Through the network of professional photographers, we are helping breast cancer patients to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against the disease before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory by scheduling a session within 12 months after treatment is completed. Photographers world-wide are now available to donate time and talent to celebrate life and support the cause. There is no cost or obligation to the breast cancer patient. Clients participating in a Think Pink Session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of 10 small prints from the session. They will also receive a discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.

To support the cause, we have partnered with The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. As a 3-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families who have been touched by breast cancer.

F Parker Photography will be donating a portrait package to help raise awareness of autism in our community.  Please come and join us at the 5th Annual Bike-a-thon and Fun Run Event to be held on Saturday, October 31th  from 2-4 P.M. at Glenkirk Elementary School, Gainesville, VA.  This is a  FREE EVENT with face painting, moon bounces, popcorn, and fun run and bike activities!
